, through its wholly owned subsidiary, RCI Holdings, Inc., has purchased two real estate parcels in Dallas and Ft. Worth.
The company paid a total of $5.5 million for the two parcels, paying $2 million in cash and the remaining $3.5 million financed by the seller through a 10 year note at an interest rate of eight percent.
The first property is at 12325 Calloway Cemetery Road in Fort Worth and includes the building where the company’s Cabaret East adult nightclub is located. The second property is at 2151 Manana Drive in Dallas and is home to a separately owned gentlemen’s club, Jaguar’s Gold Club, which will become a rental tenant of Rick’s Cabaret.

Lamar Odom spotted ‘throwing money’ at women in strip club

New York, Jan 14 (ANI): Lamar Odom was allegedly seen partying at a strip club, with a stripper who reportedly looked like wife Khloe Kardashian.
The Dallas Mavericks star went to the club with two of his new teammates, the night before his team was honored by President Obama at the White House for winning the 2011 NBA Championship.
A rep for Odom confirmed that he was at Stadium strip club, but said that no one in his group received a private or public dance.

“Strippers were grinding on him,” the New York Post quoted a source as telling RadarOnline.

“The stripper that gave him most of his lap dances was a complete Khloe look-a-like,” the source said.
While he was at the strip club, his reality star wife was home alone at the couple’s new condo in Dallas, Texas.

Washington, DC – Although Khloe Kardashian and husband Lamar Odom appear to have an ideal relationship, one report says the superstar athlete was out on the town – partying with strippers in Washington, DC, as his wife spent the evening alone in Dallas.
According to RadarOnline.com, Odom was spending hundreds of dollars on strippers who were “grinding on him.”
A source told Radar, “Lamar looked to have about 500 one dollar bills in his hand and he gave all of the money to the dancers throughout the night… He made sure the girls were well taken care of. He was throwing money at the women.”
In addition, the online tabloid reported that at one point in the evening, Odom was seen “sprawled out” in a dark corner of DC’s Stadium Club strip joint – even going into a private room with one stripper who bore a resemblance to his wife, reports the Daily Mail.
