STOLEN VAN WITH POLITICAL AD RECOVERED
Garland police said a van with a political advertisement for a Collin County district attorney candidate that was stolen has been found. The van, which had Rafael Delagarza’s picture all over it, was stolen last week. The van belongs to a friend of Delagarza who runs a vending machine business and was loaded with snacks. Police found the van outside a business Saturday night.
