The women get medical care while social service workers assess their drug, alcohol and mental health counseling needs. Finally, the women who have no felony warrants and who express a sincere -desire to leave their current life are offered a chance to enter the rehab program.

Albeit slowly, lives are changing for women who range in age from the teens to the 60s. Underage girls are also caught up in the sordid life and about half of the prostitutes have children.
