Charges dropped: Former police officer no longer faces felonies in Dallas County
Felony charges against a former Little River-Academy police officer have been dropped, according to Jamille Bradfield, public information officer for Dallas County District Attorney’s office.
Michael Meissner was arrested Sept. 14 on seven felony charges after police raided a home he was renting in Arlington they said appeared to be a porn studio.
Meissner was charged out of Dallas County with engaging in organized criminal activity, obstruction or retaliation, and misuse of official information.
According to a spokeswoman with Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, no charges have been filed in Tarrant County where it was earlier reported that Meissner faced charges for sexual performance by a child, engaging in organized criminal activity, attempted possession or promotion of child pornography, and promotion of prostitution.
