Dallas Strip Clubs: NBA Champions Visit The White House – And Show DCers How To Party Like Dallas …

Did someone say NBA players? At the White House?!
We got to rub elbows with the Dallas Mavericks this week when they visited Washington, D.C., to be congratulated on their 2011 championship victory by President Obama.
The POTUS was presented with a team jersey by MVP Basketball Star Dirk Nowitzki — who looked so adorable, giggling, as he gave the most powerful man in the world his gift.
We’ve been following the Mavs’ movements around town since they arrived, and possibly caught Khloe Kardashian’s Hubby Lamar Odom heading to a strip club last night. These guys play, but they don’t play!
Congrats on your win, Mavs!If you decide to celebrate your White House appearance scandalously, let us know.

Irving police on Friday continued to piece together the timeline leading to a single-car crash that killed a Southlake attorney and an Austin couple he had apparently befriended hours earlier.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Austin couple killed in North Texas crash

A fire department dive team found a crashed 2010 Porsche Panamera sedan submerged under the canal with two people dead inside, Argumaniz said. Eddins was in the driver’s seat, and Debeuckelaer was in the passenger’s seat, he said. Both had their seat belts on.
Authorities removed the Porsche from the canal, but learned there might have been a third occupant, Argumaniz said. On Thursday, the dive team found Lark’s body, he said.
Argumaniz said their investigation indicates Lark and Debeuckelaer attended the hockey game in Dallas on Tuesday night. They were then seen at a hotel bar in Southlake, where they started talking to Eddins, Argumaniz said. He said police believe the couple did not know Eddins before that evening.
Wednesday before 1 a.m., the three left the bar together and traveled to a strip club in Dallas, Argumaniz said. They were seen leaving between 2:45 a.m. and 3 a.m., he said.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Police Establish Timeline in Fatal Irving Canal Crash

… It’s our understanding that they did not know each other prior to the hotel, and I’m assuming that they just became acquainted or met one another at the hotel and just conversation started after the point, and then it went from there,” he said.
Irving detectives have verified that the couple attended a Dallas Stars game at the American Airlines Center at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
By about 11 p.m., they were at the Hilton Hotel bar in the Southlake Town Square.
Eddins’ office was in the Southlake Town Square, and a hotel manager said he recently had been living at the Hilton.
Court records show Eddins’ wife filed for divorce in December.
All three were seen leaving the Hilton before 1 a.m., Argumaniz said.
At about 1 a.m., they arrived at The Men’s Club, a strip club on Northwest Highway in Dallas.

Irving police investigators are continuing to piece together a timeline of the hours before an early Wednesday morning single-car accident that killed a Southlake attorney and an Austin couple.
Police now say that Southlake attorney Ronald Eddins, 41, University of Texas student Kaat Debeuckelaer, 21, and her 23-year-old boyfriend, Kenneth Lark, left a Dallas strip club shortly before the crash along West Northwest Highway near Riverside Drive.
Witnesses saw the trio leave The Men’s Club in the 2300 block of West Northwest Highway together in Eddins’ Porsche Panamera between 2:45 and 3 a.m. A new witness also came forward yesterday to report that he lives near the crash site and heard a loud noise about 2:55 a.m. Investigators suspect that was the time of the crash.
The car was not found until roughly 12 hours later, after someone spotted vehicle debris and guard rail damage and notified police.

Krista Debeuckelaer, Kaat’s mother, indicated in a post that her daughter had been missing since Tuesday, when she never returned from an evening out with Lark.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Occupying the Westboro Baptist Church’s Protest at the TicketCity Bowl in Fair …

… The God that created you is the same one who’s gonna send you to Hell,” the man barked back. Evans turned to a friend standing beside her. In unison, they shrugged, then burst into a loud rendition of AC/DC’s “Highway To Hell.” They linked arms and walked off, giggling. Nearby, two more female members of OccupyNow stood directly in front of the WBC and started kissing, something the church members tried to ignore with varying degrees of success.
”Shirley, it’s good to see you!” A.B. shouted from a few feet away. “You look terrible!” Almost despite herself, Phelps-Roper smiled. A man waved a sign at her that read, “We’re All Children of God — Even Small-Minded Bigots.”
“I think I’ve seen you before,” one OccupyNow member said conversationally through the megaphone, pointing at a WBC-er. “Weren’t you at that strip club? Don’t act like you don’t know.” OccupyNow started up a chant of “Shame! Shame! Shame!”, which soon turned into numerous other slogans, among them “Thank God for gay porn!” and “Whose butt? My butt!,” which was accompanied with exuberant dry-humping.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Strippers Who Sued Jaguars Claim the Chain Retaliated. And That, Judge Says …

Strippers Who Sued Jaguars Claim the Chain Retaliated. And That, Judge Says, Is a No-No.

The dancers claims come in the midst of an ongoing lawsuit over whether strippers should be classified as employees or independent contractors, the subject of our cover story several weeks ago. Lawsuits are being filed against strip clubs across the country, and one of the latest is against both Jaguars Gold and its owner, Bryan Scott “Niko” Foster. The nine plaintiffs in the suit are from the Abilene, El Paso, Odessa, Fort Worth and Lubbock branches of the club. Foster calls the suit and ones like it the work of “ambulance chasers,” but the legal system often disagrees.

Jaguars disputes the dancers’ version of events — and the whole concept of stripper misclassification lawsuits, for that matter. In their response to the motion, attorneys Roger Albright and Luke Lirot write that “from the outset, it is clear that Plaintiffs’ counsel are hopping on the ‘band-wagon’ of the numerous ‘dancer classification’ cases in the effort t …
