The Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity chapter struck another blow against urban blight Thursday morning when a huge yellow bulldozer tore into the building once known as Ollie’s Place.
Community leaders such as Diane Ragsdale and city councilwoman Carolyn Davis said they were glad to see the building come down

… 1 “Overnight Overdose”: This record is the perfect opener for what could be interpreted as a musical and edgy version of “Alice & Wonderland.” The controlled chaos accompanied with the “Marvin’s Room” sample is refreshing and jam-worthy.
#2 “Party On”: The first verse alone throws shade on every BrainGang cynic. This dark, melancholy, but enticing spin on the usual party scene is raw and gives “Everyone Nose” a run for its money.
#3 “More Fiends & Friends” ft. JT : Blue said it best, “I don’t need no hook, this beat my hook.” Blunt and true. The production on this track is so impressive that he really does not need a lot of extra filler lyrics to make it great like a lot of artists do. JT’s appearance is reminiscent of Drake during his “So Far Gone” days.  The “Like a Pimp” sample is super epic as well.

The much-ballyhooed bureau of east-coast organizations is having a down year. With the Giants winning late in their Sunday night showing against Dallas, Eli and company assumed command of the East. Their 7-6 record is the worst of any division-leading team. Dallas can add last night’s defeat to its slate of embarrassing nationally-televised losses this season. Philadelphia was one of those teams that beat Dallas on an earlier Sunday night telecast, but they haven’t really beaten anyone else. And Washington is still terrible; we could just as easily write “the sky is blue” or “Tiger Woods likes prostitutes.”
