Dallas Escorts: Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant, Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland shake hands

Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant, Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland shake hands
By The Associated Press (CP) – 54 minutes ago
IRVING, Texas — Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland and Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant have made amends.
About an hour before their teams played Thursday night, they shook hands and had what looked like a brief, pleasant conversation.
They spoke for less than a minute, with Ireland patting Bryant’s chest when they finished.
Ireland already had apologized to Bryant for having asked whether his mother was a prostitute during a pre-draft interview. This was their first face-to-face meeting since then.
Ireland used to work for the Cowboys and was on the Dallas sideline talking to team vice-president Stephen Jones when Bryant jogged past during warmups. The receiver came right over and immediately greeted Ireland.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Plane endangered by beam of light from strip club?

Stripper light in pilots eye

Dallas, Texas – The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating whether a beam of light from a strip club endangered a Southwest Airlines flight. On Sunday the plane was landing at Love Field when the pilot claims a beam of light was shined into the cockpit.
Investigators believe the light came from Bombshells’ Cabaret. It is a strip club located in an industrial area about 4 miles from Love Field.

“It is entirely possible that that airplane just happened to fly through the beam at just the right Angle,” said FAA spokes person Lynn Lunsford. He believes high-powered laser beams are the bigger concern. According to government data, laser incidents are up more than 65 % from 2008 to 2009. So far this year there have been more than 17 hundred such cases. California and Texas lead the nation with incidents involving lasers and planes. Still but a search lights on top of a strip club are very different from lasers.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Southwest Airlines pilot dazzled by Bombshells club

A SPINNING searchlight on top of a Dallas strip club has sparked security fears after it dazzled a pilot as he prepared to land.
The powerful light on the roof of the Bombshells club in Dallas, Texas, flooded the cockpit of a Southwest Airlines jet as it prepared to land at Love Field Airport, myFOXdfw.com reports.
The incident happened when the flight was on final approach, about 305m off the ground and a couple miles from the runway, officials said.
The pilot then radioed to the control tower to report a laser strike, a dangerous situation in which a laser beam strikes the cockpit, possibly causing temporary blindness.
“You have the potential of causing the pilot a problem. In fact, there have been occasions where the pilot, who was landed the aircraft, got hit by a laser and the co-pilot ended up having to complete the landing,” Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) representative Lynn Lunsford said.
