Dallas Adult Entertainment: Dallas County Sheriff’s Dept looking for jail guards

The department is holding a job fair this Thursday from 5-7pm at the Bill J. Priest Center at 1402 Corinth in Dallas.
Another position may have just come open.
Dallas police arrested a jail guard last Thursday on a prostitution charge. Gerardo Martinez, 26, was looking for sex when he approached an undercover DPD officer during a sting, police say. Martinez has bonded out of jail, and an internal affairs investigation is underway, a sheriff’s spokeswoman said.
Starting pay for a jail guard is $15.41 per hour. Uniforms are free. Applicants must pass a background check, psychological exam and physical fitness test. Those who do will attend a paid, five-week training course.
For more information click here or call the sheriff’s academy at 214-565-1573.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Interview: Karen Pentecost of The Girls Room in Dallas

I left that relationship when I started my day spa. I became a massage therapist. I massaged people for six hours in a day in a dark room and during that time, I was able to sort out myself. I tried to figure out who I was and what I stood for. If I’m a ‘stripper’ does that mean I’m completely a stripper? Does that make me bad? Why do people judge strippers when every woman wants to secretly know how to strip? Why does it have to be a secret? So I really had to go back and figure out when it was that I shut myself off. Through the spa that I had for four years, through massage therapy and through becoming more spiritual, I started recognizing that stripping is part of who I am, not all of who I am and it’s great to know what I know.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Four more arrested in Juarez house party massacre

The documents obtained Saturday, forwarded exclusively to CNN by someone close to the investigation, show that at least one of the four men recently arrested — Alfredo Arias, alias “Arnold” — was signaled out during testimony by Aldo Favio Hernandez Lozano, alias “El 18.” Lozano was a municipal police officer arrested last month who state prosecutors say was a hit man in the January killings. During testimony, Lozano said it was Arias who originally called him to order the house party hit. Arias also supplied the weapons for the killings, Lozano said during testimony.
Arias had been sought in connection with a different killing. Six people, including 26-year-old U.S. Air Force Airman David Booher, died in a November 2009 shooting carried out at a strip club in Juarez, according to Juarez Mayor Jose Reyes Ferriz.

Dallas Adult Entertainment: Mexico A No-No For Spring Break?

The State Department’s warning included a provision that will allow the families of consular employees in Tijuana, Nogales, Ciudad Juarez, Nuevo Laredo, Monterrey and Matamoros get out of town until at least April 12.
Tijuana is L.A.’s closest Mexican destination and for years helped the Port of Entry hold the title of the world’s busiest border crossing. But the drug violence that has prompted the federal travel warning has decimated the city’s travel industry.
Still, the U.S. Consul General in Tijuana, Steven Kashkett, took the warning in stride, emphasizing that it “it refers to all Mexico. Tijuana is a dynamic city with considerable potential,” he said.
“Common-sense precautions such as visiting only legitimate business and tourist areas during daylight hours, and avoiding areas where prostitution and drug dealing might occur, can help ensure that travel to Mexico is safe and enjoyable,” reads the State Department warning.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Adam (Pacman) Jones Is Talented, But Is Detroit Up For The Risk?

In 2008 Jones was traded to the cowboys where he was actually assigned body guards who were more like baby sitters in charge of keeping Jones out of trouble. He managed to find a way into trouble though, getting into a fight with one of the bodyguard/baby sitters in a hotel in October of 2008. The police were called, but no arrests were made in what sounded like a drunken fight between the pair. Jones was immediately suspended again, this time for 4 games in 2008. He returned for 2 games in the end of the season but missed much of the late season with a neck injury. After the season in Dallas, he was released from the Cowboys after allegations that he may have been involved in a shooting near a strip club in Las Vegas surfaced.

Dallas Adult Entertainment: State Dept. travel warning for Mexico provides grim picture of drug violence

The travel warning notes that the State Department has authorized the departure of the dependents of U.S. government personnel from U.S. consulates in the northern Mexican border cities of Tijuana, Nogales, Juarez, Nuevo Laredo, Monterrey and Matamoros until April 12.
 An excerpt:
While millions of U.S. citizens safely visit Mexico each year (including tens of thousands who cross the land border daily for study, tourism or business and nearly 1 million U.S. citizens who live in Mexico), violence in the country has increased.  It is imperative that U.S. citizens understand the risks in Mexico, how best to avoid dangerous situations and who to contact if victimized.  Common-sense precautions such as visiting only legitimate business and tourist areas during daylight hours and avoiding areas where prostitution and drug dealing might occur can help ensure that travel to Mexico is safe and enjoyable.

Dallas Escorts: Squid Ink: FDA doesn’t want your gay blood, but check back in June

Dr. Ronald Bayer, Columbia University explained at an FDA workshop in 2006: ”Banning men who have sex with men from the donor pool would exclude them from one of the great acts of altruism in contemporary society so carefully mapped by Richard Titmus. Recall also that discussion of such restrictions and bans occurred at a time when half the states in the United States still criminalized sex between men, consenting adults, and that in 1985 the Supreme Court of the United States in Bowers versus Hardwick would uphold Georgia’s sodomy statute, dismissing claims that gay adult men had a right to have sex as vacuous. Then, men who have had sex with men since 1977, no matter how monogamous their relationship is classed, are linked with prostitutes, sex workers and drug users. Given the current testing technology, there is clearly a public health rationale for jettisoning the 29-year exclusion for men who have had sex with men.”

Dallas Strip Clubs: Fort Worth Police on lookout for stripper pole thieves

After asking the clerk to empty the register, they stole a stripper pole. It was on sale. (Five-finger discount!)
FORT WORTH God bless Fox 4 news in Dallas. They always go the extra mile for crime stories that truly matter, like this one out of Fort Worth. Last Thursday, thieves — two men and a female accomplice — armed with kitchen knives, robbed The Romance Store at 780 N. Beach Street. They pointed eight inch blades at the store clerk and asked him to empty the register. Before they left, one suspect ran to the back of the store and stole a stripper pole that was marked on sale.
I wanna know if it was the female accomplice or one of the dudes. Police are looking at surveillance video for clues: “It’s a crime with a teasing twist,” writes Alice Wolke Kalthoff at My Fox DFW. Oh it’s twisted alright.

Dallas Escorts: Tucker Carlson Pimps More Texas Textbook Propaganda On Fox & Friends

Tucker Carlson Pimps More Texas Textbook Propaganda On Fox & Friends
Famous “dick” and self proclaimed gay basher, Fox contributor Tucker Carlson is joining the Fox & Friends full court press, otherwise known as the “Texas Textbook Wars” which is surely on a par with, as Texans would describe it, the War of Northern Aggression. Obviously Fox is pulling out all the propaganda stops in order to reinforce its message about how the evil libruls are trying to push their evil godless views into Texas textbooks and because publishers gear their material toward Texas (as the biggest purchaser of books), this evil agenda could be coming to yer town. Carlson is funny. If, as one suspects, his children attend or attended a posh private school in the rolling, green suburbs of Virginia– say – an Episcopalian private school like the one that he did (posh St. George’s Academy in Newport, RI) they certainly would not be taught the kind of information being pushed …
