Dallas Strip Clubs: Idol moments: Neil Patrick Harris, you should be full-time
Speaking of dirty little girls in Hollywood, Los Angeles brought us the dual guest judges of Avril Lavigne and Katy Perry.
Really, Avril was a waste of a guest judge spot. She mostly giggled, acted snotty and added nothing. She did manage to plug her Kohl’s clothing line, Abbey Dawn, by wearing her own devil-horned hoodie on the show.
She commented that one rocker mom who auditioned sounded “punk.”
Don’t you forfeit the right to be a harbinger of what is and isn’t punk rock when you’re schlocking your own department store clothing line on America’s most popular TV show?
For such a trendsetting city, L.A. was so predictable and cliche. Requisite deluded nerds, out-of-tune wannabe rockers, crying fame whores who can’t take criticism, wannabe strippers of ambiguous sexuality. Yawn.
