Dallas Strip Clubs: Fort Hood suspect linked to radical cleric

Hasan, who was shot and is at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, has regained consciousness and is able to talk, though it is unclear if he has spoken to federal investigators.
A lawyer for Hasan said Monday he had asked investigators not to question his client and expressed doubt he could get a fair trial. The lawyer, retired Col. John Galligan, said he was contacted by Hasan’s family Monday and was traveling to San Antonio.
Officials said Monday that Hasan will be charged in military court.
Questions remain about Hasan’s state of mind, though another revelation Monday added to the complexity of his character. The general manager of a strip club near the mosque where Hasan prayed, and next door to the gun shop where he bought the pistol used in the shootings, said Hasan was a customer.
The club manager, Matthew Jones, said Hasan had been in the Starz strip club at least three times in the past month.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Radical cleric tied to Fort Hood shooting

Hasan, who was shot by a police officer and is at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, has regained consciousness and is able to talk, though he declined on Sunday to speak to federal investigators about the shootings.
Many questions remain about his state of mind, though another revelation Monday added to the complexity of his character. The general manager of a strip club about a quarter of a mile from the mosque where Hasan prayed five times a day, and next door to the gun shop where he bought the pistol used in the shootings, said Hasan was a customer. Matthew Jones said Hasan had been in the Starz strip club at least three times in the last month. “He’s been here, yes,” Jones said, confirming a report that first appeared on Fox News. Jones said that sometimes Hasan stayed for six or seven hours and paid for lap dances in a private room.

Dallas Strip Clubs: C- av club rating C reader rating based on 12 ratings

There was more going on tonight than just the romance gears grinding their way through my good-will; we had creepy, “did the teenage girl have sex with the older man or didn’t she?” mystery, plus her workaholic parents who are totally responsible for her going to concerts and stuff. (Scott Tobias will be happy to hear, there was a cell phone present.) Chase finally confessed his sin to Cameron, in yet another horribly melodramatic and clunkily acted scene. The Wilson/House stuff was okay, because Laurie and Robert Sean Leonard have decent chemistry. Cuddy and House just bored me to tears, and the return of Lucas–the idea that Cuddy would go out with a stalker guy–is just lame as hell. Maybe next week, House can date someone who looks exactly like Lisa Edelstein, only she can be a stripper, so we can get her in more revealing outfits. That would just be about perfect.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Ft. Hood gunman acted alone, according to investigators

Many questions remain about Hasan’s state of mind, though another revelation Monday added to the complexity of his character. Jones said Hasan sometimes stayed for six or seven hours and paid for lap dances in a private room. His latest appearance at the club came in late October, one of the dancers said.

Dallas Strip Clubs: PC police ignored Hasan’s seditious comments

In what is increasingly appearing to be a travesty of justice and a completely avoidable loss of life, more information has been released about Nidal Malik Hasan, the man responsible for killing 13 last week at Fort Hood in Texas.
Lt. Col. Val Finnell, a former classmate of Hasan, describes Hasan as openly seditious and as a justifier of suicide bombings. Yet, Finnell says that U.S. Army brass preferred to ignore the warning signs that they had an enemy within and instead bowed at the alter of political correctness for fear of facing a discrimination lawsuit.
Such revelations come as Hasan, a man who claimed to follow Sharia and live a life of a pious Muslim, was actually a frequent visitor to a Texas strip club for lap dances. This even as he emailed with Al-Qaeda.
