I find OLTL to be a tedious mess. Where is the triangle? Nick and Kyle’s “relationship” happens off screen. There’s no connection between them on screen. Nick is simply another obstacle. Everyone knew he would do something to drive Kyle away. A real triangle has viable outcomes. The Nick/Kyle relationship never got started. One on screen date, and Nick is crying because KYle has feelings for Oliver???? Now, he’s obsessed with marriage. Next week, he’ll want to adopt Stacy’s fetus. This feels like ATWT where they leave out all the important story beats and tell the story at warp speed.The only difference is that the chorus (David) is more interesting than the main event.
