Dallas Strip Clubs: Why Take The Blame, Tony Romo?

Here’s a d-bag who commends Romo for taking the blame. He’s obviously not a Cowboys fan or he wouldn’t be commending Romo for saying the loss was his fault because the fans have seen the act before. They saw it last year. They saw it the year before. They saw it the year he took over for Drew Bledsoe. From mishandling the ball on a crucial field goal to throwing numerous interceptions on bad throws in crucial games, the Dallas Cowboys fans have seen this act before.
It usually starts like this:
Press hypes up the matchup (pick any NFC East opponent) and talks about key players and matchups.
Cowboys come out of the locker room in center field with scanty dressed women rattling their rear-ends in cages on the third deck.
Their opponents hate the glam. They are pumped.
The Cowboys look like bouncers in a strip club wearing funny uniforms. It’s football night.

Dallas Strip Clubs: Why didn’t Cowboys Stadium get the Yankee Stadium treatment?

Still, the general applause — or at least indifference — from the country’s media makes you wonder why the new Yankee Stadium was largely mocked for its opulence and held to a much higher standard than Mount Jerry when it opened last April.
Look, is the Bronx’s newest structure a complete monument to excess? Are the good seats completely unaffordable by the common fan? Were a couple of features not completely thought out, leading to onfield play being affected? Was it really necessary to build?
Yes, yes, yes and no and all are questions that could also be asked of the Cowboys.
Instead, apart from a couple of ‘mehs’ from architectural critics, everyone is pointing and gawking at Cowboys Stadium and its stripper cages, which was, I guess, completely Jones’ intent. Even the low-hanging scoreboard fiasco has been more or less laughed off as a funny humdinger of a mistake by a foolish oil man from Arkansas.

Dallas Escorts: President Obama stands by key parts of health care legislation …

Republicans conceded some criticism is untrue. In the same show Sunday night, Rep. John Boehner, the Senate Minority Leader, said the health care reform proposal is unsustainable and that America is broke. But, they insist how the President pays for health care reform is easier to say than do. “When he talks about how you pay for it, that we’re going to get $300 billion savings from Medicare and Medicaid, we’ve never done that before,” said Senator Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina.
President Obama said signs point to a growing economy. But, he said jobs won’t likely improve until next year. He even said the job situation could get a bit worse over the next couple of months.
The President also responded to this recent video sting: workers with the activist group ACORN, advising how to evade taxes, even hide underage prostitution. President Obama agreed ACORN should be investigated. “What I know is, is that what I saw on that video was certainly inappropriate,” the President noted on “ABC This Week.”

Dallas Escorts: Morning Bell: The Policy Is The Problem

A new Gallup poll shows that 57% of Americans say the government is trying to do too many things that should be left to businesses and individuals. Another 51% say the federal government today has too much power. The American people are clearly signaling that they want less, not more, government influence in the health care system. The White House should stop talking to the American people and start listening.
Quick Hits:
Gen. Stanley McChrystal, the U.S. commander in Afghanistan, told the Obama administration last month that the situation in the country is “deteriorating” and that without additional resources, the U.S.-led coalition could lose the war.
45% of Americans say there is too much government regulation of business (compared to only 24% who say there is too little regulation). The 45% “too much” reading is the highest number since Gallup started asking the question.
President Obama said in an interview aired Sunday that the community organizing group ACORN should be investigated for offering tax help to a couple posing as a pimp and a prostitute in widely watched videotapes.

Dallas Escorts: Fort Worth ACORN Office Closed; Offices Statewide Temporarily Stop …

She and others say support has poured in for their non-partisan group that works to help low-income people, many of whom traditionally lean Democrat, as controversy swirls nationwide about a hidden video disseminated to news organizations.
“Most people see this for what it is,” said Bonnie Mathias of Dallas, a member on ACORN’s national board. “It’s a political attack on working families.”
On a hidden-camera video released Monday, two ACORN employees are seen apparently advising a couple that was posing as a prostitute and her pimp to lie about her profession and launder her earnings. The video was the latest in a series that has already led to the firing of four ACORN employees in Baltimore and Washington. It was created by James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles and posted on BigGovernment.com, where O’Keefe identifies himself as an activist filmmaker.

Dallas Escorts: Burns, Hicks grand marshals for Tarrant County Pride parade

Despite the expected increase in participation and attendance, he said he has fielded a few calls questioning whether attending Pride in Fort Worth would be safe.
Coronado said, “We have always had a good rapport with the city. We use Fort Worth police as our security for the parade and picnic. Our organization has given awards to officers.”
After prizes for best parade entries are awarded at Rainbow Lounge, Gayfest begins.
Raymond Gill, director of the event, said “Gayfest is returning. Bigger and better.”
Gayfest had been held at the previous bar in the Rainbow Lounge’s current location, but the property had been vacant for several years before reopening this summer.
Vendor booths, a wet T-shirt contest and entertainment will be part of Gayfest, Gill said. Jonny McGovern, “the Gay Pimp,” star of Logo’s “Big Gay Sketch Show,” will appear.

Dallas Escorts: Why Millions of Americans Don’t Need a Swine Flu Vaccine

And that’s if you’ve never been infected by swine flu in the first place. If you’ve already been infected and you’re still alive, your odds of being saved by a swine flu vaccine injection are precisely zero.
Would you buy a lotto ticket if there were zero chance of winning something? Most people wouldn’t, and yet many of those very same people are lining up to get ready for a swine flu vaccine lottery that may offer them exactly the same empty odds of success.
That, of course, is why the swine flu vaccine isn’t being marketed using statistics, mathematics or reasoned logic. It’s being pushed through one mechanism: Fear. Because as the drug companies have long since learned, fear always overcomes reason when it comes to pimping vaccines. And even mathematicians and scientists will line up to get injected with a vaccine they don’t even need if they can be properly motivated to discard reason and abandon statistical reality.
